Concho Resources is an American independent oil and natural gas exploration and production conglomerate. The company’s operations are concentrated in the Perm Oil and Gas Basin of southeast New Mexico and West Texas. It was founded in 2004 and in the same year acquired property from Lowe Management for 117 million dollars. The assets of Chase Oil were bought in 2006 and the company got its current name.
