Amendments to the ‘Procedure of provision of the "Managed account" service’

Dear clients,

Please kindly note that some amendments to the ‘Procedure of provision of the "Managed account" service’ will take place.

According to the changes made in the clauses 8.4 and 11.7, fines charged to the Investor for early (unplanned) withdrawals can be frozen for up to 60 days. Such measures will be applicable in cases, where the Company suspects the Investor of being involved in questionable activities.

The above changes will apply as from the 7thDecember 2015.
